Base rates aren't going anywhere that will give you any worries for at least two years. Stay put, keep overpaying, and decide what you're going to do with the mortgage payments when the debt's gone (pension contributions, holidays, car, improvements to home etc).gazpacho_uk wrote: »We only have around two years left on the mortgage, so hopefully that light at the end of the tunnel is not that far away ...... and its going to be quite an easy journey getting there
