May i suggest you 'google' for the board of directors names and pot-shot email them with your concerns (see how they like it). It worked for me and i think i've been blocked out (with my current email address!!).

If you go to your local library you should be able to access the FAME website this will give you the names, addresses,home phone numbers and even sometimes the ages of all the directors. I usually find they answer your letters when you know their home address.

I have bought a few things off Groupon, the first thing with a London Tour and that was Brilliant, however, in the last few weeks I have ordered a photo book, a scarf and a canvas all via Groupon for different companies, and not one of them has arrived yet! All of them are Christmas presents, and it definately doesn't look like they will be arriving now by Christmas. They are due to come to my place of work, but we close Thursday lunchtime. I can't go out and buy other presents as I can't really afford to do that now. So disappointing!
