just checked my account and it says:

dont really understand as ive ordered 1 set and theyre set out individually as ready to collect then at the bottom says 1 x Tesco Towel Bale (At warehouse - dispatching soon) ???

I collected 4 sets on monday evening. I cannot remember what time i ordered, but my confimation email states 11.35 and it was honoured?

i ordered 2 sets my confirmation email was the same as yours, have picked them up today and they are individual towels and not bales,im very impressed with the quality of them, and the colour is nice and dark

Mine shows exactly the same and had no text like I usually do, but my husband just called the store and they are there, he has just gone to collect them.

ok, thanks for that. i did only order 1 though, maybe its just a misprint. i thought if they were sending out 2 they would both be ready to collect.

Yes 2 sets, but ordered them Separately.

I'm sure I had something similar, but there were only the 2 sets there (I ordered 2) when I went to collect... not 4!

i have ordered these before for a friend and order details were set out like this just got one bale.this order was for me as they seemed nice quality,phoned store but nobody answered on direct desk then got cut off!do you mind me askin those who ordered saturday and have collected them,what time you received your confirmation emails.thanks
