Online music store -effect pedals voucher

Hi there,

My boyfriend plays guitar, and gigs with his band(s). For xmas i want to get him a good effect pedal. I know he has some that he wants/needs but I cant seem to get this info from him without ruining the "surprise". so...I thought I could get him vouchers. Only issue is that our local music shop dont enough of a range of pedals ,so i need help finding..

-an online shop with a good range of pedals,
-that you can buy and use vouchers online.
-That is not v overpiced

I've taken a look at a fair few via google, but havent been able to get one that does vouchers?

Effects pedals can be a very hot topic with guitarists, some will prefer one make over another and maybe have multiple pedals that on paper all seem to do something similar. Finding one retailer wether online or in the high street who can perhaps supply 4 or 5 different makes will be a tough task. If your near the south coast you could pop into nevada music, seem to have good reviews though there voucher scheme doesn't include online purchases.

Agree with Wookey. A quick look through the big UK names suggests that none of them do online vouchers, but the German company, Thomann, does. They are very possibly the biggest music technology retailer in Europe, they seem to supply just about every make, their prices are keen and delivery charges reasonable. Although I prefer to deal with the local music shops, I have bought from them and been entirely satisfied.

Alternatively, even if they don't have a formal voucher scheme, I'm sure you could make a payment to his favourite local shop on his account, and make your own greeting card saying that £50 (or whatever amount you credited) is there waiting for him to choose a pedal.
