im looking to change my mortgage, im currently with HSBC but is there a better deal out there
All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

Probably. How long is a piece of string? There are 10,000+ mortgage products out there from 200+ lenders. The likelihood that the deal HSBC have parked in front of you is the very best on the market is vanishingly small.
Either do your own research or speak to a broker and they will help you source the best deal and work out whether the move is going to work out arithmetically as worth your while once you factor in Redemption Admin Fees from HSBC and the setup costs of the new mortgage. Depending on the size of your loan there may well be substantial savings to be had by moving.0
