Stylish Interia design using recycle products.

What have you done or can be done with our rubbish/junk to create stylish recycled interia products.
Eg. My office is wood and sliver in design. So I use food tins as pin holders and they match my silver coloured lampshade and all the other decor. I have been using them for years before I really got into recycling as they were much better than anything I could get in the shops. When I need more pen storage I just washout another tin.
