a point to note, if you have a problem with the return (it took 4 weeks to send my replacement) and you complain via email, not to the returns but to the customer service, you may get a free set, I got a call after my fiasco (they said they lost the return) and ignored my complaints to returns dept, from the sales manager after I pointed out my rights etc, they sent me a free set of my choice, (obviously I chose the dearest at £38) a full refund, and low and behold a week later my original replacement turned up too! thanks gossard, when you push them they respond eventually..:T

The Gossard rep was not too happy that it was posted on here as it was not a valid offer it was just cheating the system on this offer by removing items from your basket which isn't kosher! lol
