I watched it too!! In my local Tesco, they are always reluctant to accept any vouchers let alone the amount that woman had... good luck to her, I think she had something like a £65 shop for around £6 something!! I have only got away with about £5 worth of coupons and Tesco's own vouchers in one swipe and then the cashier usuallly makes you sweat!
Couldn't eat squirrel, wood pigeon or pheasant scraped from the country lane... yukky, although it didn't seem to do him any harm!!0 -
Where did she get the vouchers from? i have never seen £1 off warburton vouchers!0

Bit OTT, making her kids eat some foul processed stuff for a week just cos it was free. Not as if they were on the breadline!Ellie

I watched it this afternoon, when the women handed in all them coupons the sa didn't look too pleased haha, I have never handed that many coupons in before, infact I don't use coupons as much now, I loved it when asda and tesco used to accept them when you didn't even buy the items, good old days
, shame they don't now saying as where in the recession!! I am suprised she got away with that many coupons though!!

The lady with coupons had A LOT of coupons.... Where did she get so many of the same coupons - Dove, Warburtons etc - and how was Tesco easily accepting multiple of the same coupons??!
Also, does Tesco still accept Sainsbury's vouchers?0 -
I watched it and laughed to my husband that I would probably go into work on Sunday and have a lecture on the latest 'Coupon Policy' (I work in Tesco one day a week!). Surprisingly we didn't!!!:)
I noticed a lot of those she used were print-off ones from coupon sites. You have to be careful with those - you need a fairly decent printer. If they will not scan or be entered manually then we can't accept them.
Tesco stopped accepting Sainsburys and other stores vouchers a few weeks ago (well they did in my store - I presume it is a national thing but it did coincide with us getting a new store managerso perhaps somebodyelse could clarify).
But as for the Roadkill :silenced:0
