I need some financial advice.

I am a 63 yo swm, who has his aged 95 yo mother who is disabled living with him. I WILL NOT put her in a nursing home . When she fell and broke her hip, the rehab center they sent her to after surgery almost killed her by mismanaging her medications. We are very close. I can only leave my house for up to one hour a day. anything over that I need an expensive home health agency to watch her.
I have taken early Social Security and have a very small state retirement check.
I am looking at stock trading, have done some but not good enough to make a lot of money. Made about $3000 last year. I am loking at internet marketing.
and real estate. (no experience there). Too many informercials touting the road to riches. Any readers out there who can suggest something to me, I will apreciate it.
