Glitch on Tesco £10 meal deal!

This morning the Haddock Risotto worked for me as it should with the meal deal, discount came off. Perhaps stores are fixing it individually.

Signs down in my store now and they explained that they were instructed to remove last night, but there was one right in the middle. Dtd without any problems and really helpful staff. 6 x meal deal worked out about 23.00 profit to take all away. Family will need to get to really like fish for the next week. Good luck.

My local store refused dtd as head office had told them they are pulling the promotion early. Think I was more put out by how rude the staff were to be honest. Shall be taking my custom back to Asda I think, where the staff know how to be polite.

I think they told you bull because it is still working in my two locals, got some from both.

I would be emailing off to HO complaing to the CEO's office. Stores like to have their own interpretation of dtd and need retraining.

Signs are still up in both my locals and meal deals had been moved in one, to put all the food on the deals in one specific fridge, but clearly marked up signs for the Meal Deal.

Was told by CS that the haddock risotto was not included in the meal deal, I pointed out it was in that section with a SEL (so hadn't been put there by accident by a customer) and she gave me DTD straight away. Noticed that they removed the SEL though as I was leaving.

My first ever DTD! Thanks everyone!

Got this in store tonight, got dtd and said they had one last night but as the other person had the same main and side as I bought they still haven't worked out what is causing the glitch so will go for a while longer there I think, the store is H@rlow for anyone local (Ed way)
