mazuma probs please help ??

I wonder if you can help me
I send mazuma my iphone 3g on the 28/11/11 and they have told me that haven't got it,they told me it take up to 3 day for them to get the phone, I'm now getting worried to where my phone has got to? do you think I should call royal mail or wait for a bit , cos I have just email mazuma again today and I'm worried that it might me lost ??. I hope you can help ? - thanks

Did you get any proof of sending or did you put it in the post box straight with the envolope they sent?
or did you send it by special delivery or recorded delivery?

I had to pick up a parcel from my local delivery office and I ask them if they could take it and they said they would, but he said that he could give me a ticket, but I did not the date and time it was send ( I know this isn't much help). so , thats how I send it.

it would be quite hard to track a package like that.also if they gave you a print out for it and it was sent freepost you would only get a max of £40 back from royal mail for it if it has gone missing. In my previous experiance with mazuma they have always recieved the phone when i have sent them so i would give it til monday as you have to remember freepost can take 2-5 days for delivery
