This won't work through facebook no matter which browser I try it in! I've looked through each category on the site to see if I can find a candle, but nothing. Is the site https://www.pandora.net that everyone is looking at?

Yes, but you have to go through the facebook app for the candle to appear on the website.

I couldn't get the app to work until I disabled Secure browsing (https) on Facebook (Account Settings > Security > Secure Browsing > Uncheck 'Browse Facebook on a secure connection (https) when possible') Then it works in Firefox but not IE.
