I too have had things cancelled from an order - also ordered one of the mirrors a while ago which never arrived and am waiting impatiently for another delivery from an order placed on 20th Nov!

If they are showing in stock now and your order was placed on or around the 19th of Nov you can call back and get them reordered at the sale price with an extra 10 percent off
