Ovo - Where's my statement?

I haven't received my monthly statement from OVO. I have sent them two emails but they have not responded. Anyone else having problems with Ovo?

I have just recently signed up with Ovo and they stated the switchover will take a while to take effect. They do not actually start supplying me until the newy year. When did you join up and are you sure you are already in a statement period?DEBT FREE AND LOVING LIFE0

Hi Woodyrocks, I have been with Ovo since Nov 2010. I have just renewed for a second year. As you are new to Ovo you may like to check out this oldish thread:
