On CSA1, can I transfer to CSA2?

First post, please go easy. I an NRP (imposed) paying the CSA (her choice) under CSA1 at 30% 2 children which I have no contact (again her choice – long story - not going into it). I now earn a lot more today (about £85K) as a bonds trader than when we were together (about £23K) and the CSA are still charging me the full…

30% is CS1 for 2 children, that would be 20% if he were on CS2.

Another thread hinted moving from CS1 to CS2 is possible, but only at the discretion of the caseworker: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=49150047&postcount=4 , or the PWC closing the claim and starting a new one 12 weeks later.

If he is working non-REMO then there is no CSA at all.
