It may be worth trying to get them to gome to a repayment arrangement, however, I have seen reveiws of some of theese companies, Wonga being the most mentioned, and not all of theese companies will accept repayment arrangements. I'm also in a hefty payday loan trap, and thanks to payday loans I am now unable to borrow money from any regular loan comany.

To anyone thinking/considering of a loan from a PDL do not fall into the trap(only take 1 out if you are certain you can pay the loan back) and blame the PDL for what might happen as SPIRITEDPIXIE being the loanee is responsible since they themselves took the PDL out and weren't forced to do so.

    Nothing wrong

Well, I've decided to take action and this was a New Year resolution:

I've e-mailed Wonga asking them to pay £30.00 a week, no response yet. Quickquid got back, and have asked me to use the CCCS adress (I've just signed up to them), again I have quoted £30.00 a week.

The rest; Lending Credit, TxtLoan, UK Payday and Payday Express I will e-mail them and ask to pay a minium of £10 to £20 a month. Cash Genie I have nearly paid off.

Why email them, why not write a letter so theres a paper trail or call up and ask about paying a minimum amount.

If you have signed up with CCCS why haven't you told them all your debts?? Debt management only works if you include all your debts. You can't just be free to pick and choose who you want to include!

And as far as i am aware you don't just choose an amount you feel you can pay. You have to draw up a financial statement which shows your income and expenditure and ALL your debts.

Hi I emailed tarik.abdellah@wonga.com regarding a wonga repayment settlement. He got back to me with an arrangement and has got back quite quickly regarding a couple of other things as well. Hope this helps!

I today used the online facility on quickquids site & came to an arrangement to pay off my loan in 4 monthy installments. They were very understanding. Result!

Wonga is my next mission..........any tips on how to approach them if I am unable to pay off my loan?
