    The difference with the Hbrid schemes is that they they are less attractive in choice or cost than many SIPPs
    In what way are they less attractive? At the end of the day, the charges are either the same, less or more depending on what providers you look at. I can do a fund supermarket pension cheaper than HL do their SIPP and that is recognised as one of the cheaper SIPPs (and closet match to fund supermarket pension).
