Best 85% LTV over 5year/10year/lifetime deals?

Hi,

Looking to go on to another long deal. Current 5 year is nearly up. Whats currently the best 85% LTV about?

Preferably with no or limited early repayment charges.

Thanks

Dan

85% deals are high at the moment, so personally I would look for a short term deal, then revert to SVR, which will probably be less than the deal rate.

Who are you with now? what is their SVR?

    Ouch!

Worth moving, possibly woolwich 2 yr fixed at 3.98% fee free, + £300 cash back, current follow on rate br+3.39%?

Concern is ltv, are you sure you are/would be 85%?

We are fortunate that my wife's parents will loan us the necessary funds to make it 85%.

I will take a look at the woolwich deal you mention.

Thanks for your advice so far.

YBS do two 5 year deals at 4.19% ( fee £995) and 4.39% ( fee £295) if that helps 85% LTV
