Just a quickie...I have started a new job and no longer have a company car. Obviously my tax code needs changing but is that down to me or my new employers?

In this case I would phone HMRC yourself. This is not down to your new employer.

Your old employer can complete a P46 car to state that they have withdrawn the company car benefit. However as your current tax code reflects last years benefit in kind that it is reported on the P11D you wont see any chnage until next tax year when your old employer submits this years P11D
