Nationwide quotation loans

Hi.

nationwide offer to give a quotation before you can say yay or Nay for the loan dependant on the rate being offered,

If you were to get declined for the loan, would this happen at the quotation stage or would you get a quotation only to get declined should you choose to accept?

If you get 24.9 then you would be declined at application, that's the twitch of the death nerve on there.

What about 24.4? Do you think it might come through? Thanks!
Not a native English speaker, so please forgive smaller errors - and feel free to point out the really offending ones ;)
  • Do not go with Nationwide! They quoted me 19.9% on their quotation!!

I went with Tesco, got approved for 6.4%Apr.:)

I seriously do not understand the credit process except that every lender is different, you could be the perfect candidate to one lender and a straight away rejection to another.

No, that would almost certainly be declined.

  • I was quoted 6.1% with N/W...I'm guessing thats pretty much an acceptance?

That is a brilliant quote, it would be interesting to know how/why you fit N/W lending criteria so perfectly. :T

I thought my credit was good but as I said, they offered a laughable 19.9%

I think you must be one of those people that pay your debts off,
    and pay bills on time.
