Hello,
I just wanted to get some quick advice.. cccs have advised to make a formal complaint to reliable collection with regards to over a £1000.00 worth of charges in the last 12 months.. cccs said they have 8 weeks to reply and then i am best to report them to the ombudsman.. i have been making regular token payments.
My question is can i email them this letter? or is it better to post recorded delivery?
Many Thanks:beer:

I always try to do both if I can.
But certainly a copy via recorded post at the very least.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
