Entries accepted between 09.00 GMT on 19th October 2011 and 23.59 GMT on 31st January 2012.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
The Prize: 1 x Honda Integra motorbike to the value of 8600€ or £ equivalent.
The prize includes delivery to a mainland address. Delivery is estimated for March 2012 but is dependent on stock availability of the new bike.
The prize does not include Insurance (mandatory), protective gear, petrol or any additional costs associated with the ownership and use of the Motorbike, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner.
In addition, the winner is responsible for ensuring they comply with all legislation relating to the ownership and use of the Motorbike including, but not limited to, taking any required tests, holding the relevant licence, and obtaining insurance.
No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to accept the prize, and there is no cash alternative available. Prizes are not transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupt entries or those not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.
No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
Winners will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received by the closing date under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. Draw to be conducted within 14 days of the closing date. Winners will be notified by telephone within 3 days of the draw date. If a winner is uncontactable via reasonable means for 3 further days or does not respond to notification, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected as above.
The names and regions of the winners will be available on https://www.hondamc2012.com between 1st – 31st March 2012.
