Hiya just a few things.
I have just gone on the IPA calculator, has it changed again as i have a copy of what mine is from my OR and when i have worked it out its different...
as we share all the finances even though i dont pay 50% hers says i am paying less than i should IYSWIM. so just wondered if something had changed with it again, as we have got to change our IPA in april due to my finances going down..
Also our home got repossessed finally last week, been a bit of a weird week saying goodbye to our home properly but onwards and upwards xxxx

The OR will use their own discretion. The calculater is not definative it is just a guide for the OR to use.. The OR will work on individual circumstances and go from there.
Worry about the SoA in April when it changes, you have plenty of time and you never know what may happen between now and then. You will have an idea of the OR's way of thinking by looking at what has been allowed and when the time comes you could pop it up and someone will check it for you. If they are going down the IPA route at the moment it may be suspended when your pay is reduced.The_Duchess wrote: »where is the IPA calculator situated??
In the first post of the Look Here First: Bankruptcy Help sticky, under IPA/IPO'S. But as I said it is not definitive but a guide so use with caution.
