Hello
This is not something I normally buy and to be honest just got it for my Pecan Pie recipe. Only used 3 caps full.
So now the real question comes there is no expiration date on the bottle so does this stuff have an expiration date?
Normally drink wine so haven't got a clue....
Thanks

Bourbon will be ok...just keep it out of sunlight and at room temperature.I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another, so please feel free to ignore this.0 -
not in our home :rotfl::rotfl:Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

It won't go off..never gets the chance in my home anyway!..It's basically the same as any whisky/whiskey/bourbon recipy so if it went off,you wouldn't have any 20 year old single malts ect..0

I have a bottle of rum which I bought for a £2-4 at an airport in Egypt approximately 10 years ago and it has been opened for all of that time. Recently, I have stopped buying drink as I am trying to lose weight and each night I have a sherry glass of this ancient rum and it tastes fine to me!0

Alcohol is a great preservative, so it would take pretty exceptional circumstances for something with a high alcohol percentage like bourbon to go off, such as contamination with all sorts of nasty things not normally found in a kitchen. Keeping it closed and stored in a kitchen cupboard, it should last ages!Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0

Hi,
I've never bought Jim Beam, but I am certain that it would never go off.0
