I've got no direct knowledge of the company, but the steps they are advocating are unethical and likely fraudulent. Do this, especially the second part:

You could also contact Halifax directly (Mortgage Compliance) and tell them of this scheme. They cancel agencies of firms they believe are guilty of fraudulent activity.poppy100 -
