OMG - ok so I emailed PD Express on 25th November and asked them to defer my loan payment so they would only take £100 instead of £500.... so they took the whole £500 today :mad::mad::mad:
I called them and suprise suprise they never received that email but they did receive the one about me requesting a payment plan (which was sent after the deferral request)!
Sorry just needed to rant!
