New look discount for o2 customers

Although the site is saying this is avaliable until December 5th. I have not seen New Look on the app since last Tuesday.
Can anyone tell me if it still shows on theirs?
I emailed customer support to check the promotion was still running but they said refer to the retailler. (not very helpful)

I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

It's showing on mine - you haven't clicked on it by mistake have you? I did that with the Cafe Rouge Mince Pie offer and thats gone from mine now

Did you receive the discount code by text? The discount code expires on 5th Dec 2011. I image you can reuse the code as many times as you like as the code is the same for every O2 Customer and all you do is show the text to the Sales Assisstant at checkout.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0

I used the code once, but saw the ability to use it again for a few weeks after and then it disapeared. I tried deleting the app then downloading again but still hasn't popped back on.

i can still see it after using it a couple of times
though some of them do dissapear after use - like the bhs one0
