You might try using a different email address to your existing account as often a code that is not accepted on one email address can actually work on another.
Also the codes don't work on several categories including personal care like the Philips stuff the other day as many people found out.

I said I had done exactly as requested i.e. placed an order before the 27th November for delivery by the 3rd December in order to qualify for a code. However when the parcel arrived there was no code. She looked up the order and could see I had met all the qualifying dates.
The adviser said nothing could be done as they didn't have any access to codes to give out.
It just shows that you can stick to all the criteria and still miss out.
You must have been unlucky with the adviser you spoke to. The same thing happened to me...no code with my order...I rang up and she said although she could not give me a code she would apply £10 to my account for the next time I made an order.0 -
It does seem like they are making up the rules as they go along. I've received 3 of these £10 codes, all legitimate.
When I tried to place a couple of orders last week, the first one accepted my £10 code, but the second one wouldn't, it kept saying the code had already been used, but it hadn't. I logged in again, using a different browser and different email address and it accepted the fresh code.
Something got mixed up somewhere along the line - I know I used the £10 discount code, after all I went to so much trouble to make sure it worked... but when my order arrived it wasn't showing on the invoice! :mad:
I emailed them yesterday to explain I knew I had used the code at the time I placed the order, and asked if they could credit my account with the £10. Got a reply saying they couldn't because it couldn't be used with any other offer (ie the 25% off Per Una). I'm sure there wasn't anything about that in the t&cs but perhaps someone will correct me if I'm wrong?
Actually, that must be wrong, because the codes worked on my other orders and they were both ordering things with 25%. Puzzling.0 -
