the news story was about re-using clubcard vouchers I think...

This type of voucher miss-use is highlighted in the news story here.Comping wishlist for 2017

that's what I meant with the printable coupons... They don't have a chance to refuse it at SS tills...
but with internet codes I'd say it's the case of their right to refuse to fulfill the order or they aren't bothered... I wouldn't blame them for cancelling my order tbh but I don't see a chance for them to prosecute me after sending off my order...0 -

It wasn't that long ago someone was on the news being prosecuted by Mr T for similar regarding using vouchers. Greed may well be the downfall of many on this kind of thing.
Not necessarily, the only reason it happened was because I had previous items in my basket when I added the codes, if you put 100 of an item in your basket it will tell you how many they have in stock, which I do frequently as I've had many clothes cancelled from Tesco due to incorrect stock levels. Once the codes are in you can't remove them! So its either order with money off, or never order again! I was going to place orders anyway for Christmas. It was a glitch that's stumbled across by accident, in fact I only realised it a day after ordering, so no different in intention to others in here. I order from Tesco clothing all the time, on full price items, so I wouldn't say greed. Anyway I think the orders been cancelled as tracking says returned to depot.0 -
Thanks for the help,i didn't bother in the end and after reading about people getting accounts closed down etc i'm glad i didn't, it's too dodgy. On another thread i was reading it was something to do with Unilever(sp) where people had set up accounts to get vouchers/coupons.0

Missed out on the 10% off, but managed to get a 15% off first order code, so I got my daughter a Bargin dress for her school disco as it was 1/3rd off anyhow.
