2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.

3. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian’s permission to take part & to be awarded prize.

All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following prize: 1 x 2 night stay for 2 adults in a 1 bedroom apartment at the 4-star Micasa ApartHotel. Please note that accommodation is strictly subject to availability. Prize also includes; 2 glasses of prosecco per adult over the age of 18 at Cocoa; 1 x Dinner for 2 at The Silver Darling Restaurant including a bottle of house wine; 1 x ‘A Wee Taste of Aberdeen’ hamper including: A dram of Glen Garioch Founders Reserve Whisky 50ml, Mitchells Handbaked Oatcakes 250g, Strathdon Blue Cheese 145g, Sinclairs of Rhynie Shortbread Fingers 150g, Dee Valley Confectioners Boiled Sweets 100g, Mackies of Scotland Crisps 40g, Butteries from Inverurie 4pack, Chocolate Passion Truffles 120g.

7. Prize also includes £200 spending money and £100 maximum travel allowance. Travel allowance will be paid once the prizewinner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion and will be to a maximum of £100 in total.

8. The prize does not include any travel insurance, meals or any other expenses and must be taken in full by 30.09.12

9. All elements of prize package are non-transferrable, are subject to date availability, subject to change, are weather dependant and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions. Date exclusions apply.

10. The prize is as stated, is non-transferrable and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.

11. One winner will be drawn on 10.03.12 at random under independent supervision from all entries received, and will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn.

13. Prizewinner will not be required to participate in publicity.

14. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry does not constitute proof of delivery.
