Any1watching bbc2 money-property !

Such a weird programme about wealth seminars and people wanting to be rich.

one repetative pattern-property development

1lady did not know how much property she owned as was worth millions

Another couple reckon 29properties in uk rented only brought in 40grand a year which seems low.

weirder was 2male property investors training these young kids to find property yet they dident have any money to invest? said they were doing a sort course/apprenticeship think they may have been ripping them off.

But it did get me thinking

after so many years of property ladder with the beeney where people thourght they would gove lick of paint, huge profits lots of idiots those who failed to sell rented it out or lived in it.
She later did a programme forget its title about when it goes wrong.

It does seem ironic that some people cant even buy one home.

yet people in past brought many properties yet dident really have the income were always securing/leveraging of other properties allowing them to amass an empire.

I think this is part of problem within uk house market.
its no longer a home its an investment.

Think people wanting to do this in future it might get harder?
