Hi all!
Just popped back to report #1 for me please! Off and running for December!
Just went to zumba this morning and then home! OH and I are off to to a little Xmas shopping tomorrow, but I have the money saved! ( How good does that sound? - In a previous life I used to be brushing off the CC at this point) Now I have a strict budget and dont go mad spending to impress IYSWIM!
That said, this year I am determined not to buy tons of food that ends up being chucked or on my hips!;)
Have a great evening, Thanks for the wiggles Spoon!:T

A few purchases today-got my travel pass for 2012,which I'd budgeted for, some groceries and a small 4-wheelie suitcase all with 10% off (loyalty card) and handed in a few months of medical bills and prescriptions to the insurance company. They owe me over 700 francs.:)
Anyway, have a good weekend!I'm working and hoping to get my first NSD tomorrow.0 -
No 2 today:j
Out for lunch with my lovely mum and she paid~thanks mum:j
Very cold here~brrrr.
Jinty~your smiles get just better & better.
Thanks BINDI for our lovely thread :j
My only worry about the lady on extreme money saving is that extreme couponing will lead to there being a cap on how many are able to be used.
The least said about the road kill the better:eek:_pale_
Happy Friday all:j
(It's(nearly)five o'clock and its crackerjack:D
Some of you will understand that:rotfl:

Spendy yesterday, but planned as not seen some friends for ages, so we had a chat and coffee and cake in a local cafe.
Spendy today as got stuck in work all day when was expecting to get home for lunch, so had to buy some food (only a sandwich £1.90 - resisted crisps, drink and chocolate bar I would have got a few months back) as I could barely concentrate for the loud rumbling noises!
Going to be spendy tomorrow too as is food shop and petrol day, but am definitely aiming to get off the mark with my first NSD on Sunday as it should be a study and dog walking day only.Debt Free since Nov 11 (ish) (except the £118000 mortgage) as at Jan 2013 but still hanging around DFW as I need to Stay On Track.

Hi everyone, I've fallen a bit behind already:o so will do some reading & catch up shortly ..... hope everyone is well.
Still to get off the mark - the 1st is always counted as direct debit day so that put paid to yesterday and today .... having an  moment just thinking about it!
Ran out of stuff for lunches (seemed silly to open a new pack of ham on a Friday when I won't use it over the weekend& out of sliced cheese:(). Anyway had to pop to a well known sandwich place for lunch - 1 baguette, a drink and £4  lighter in the purse!
OMG I can't believe how expensive it was (ages since I've bought lunch) and can't believe some people do it every day = £20/week and £80 - £100 / month (depending on how long) - how do they do it!
Popped over to B**ts as have been scraping the depths inside the foundation bottle all week and the powder ran out yesterday:o so another £5 there.
Christmas shopping with DM either today or tomorrow (depending on which is going to be the better day) so not looking promising ..... hope you're all doing better than me!:)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
2016 Sell: £125/£250
£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000
Debt free & determined to stay that way!0 -

Well done on the weight loss Jinty :T:T:T
Thanks for reminding me about my pedometer...need to go and hunt for it now, that will use up a few calories!
Still no sign of an NSD this month. Hoping for a pair at the weekend, but next week looks rather spendy too...can't see me getting 18...I will have to try harder!
Going to do a freezer stock-take tomorrow and get a two week meal plan drawn up. DS1 comes home then, and we'll need to add a few more veggie meals into the week to keep him happy.
Right, need to get things tidied up, so DS2 can move my old and new machines about so I can sew upstairs, where it is warmer than the freezing conservatory!
Have a good weekend everyone x
