i have worked 30hours overtime at times and half, will be paid on the 15th decemeber, just wondering how much do i get?
i earned £15,345 per year or £1278.50 per months, i worked 36.25 hours X 4 = 145 hours per 4 weeks accounting period
my 1st thought is that £1278.50/145=£8.817...
but then wouldnt my hourly rate be different based on some month have more weekday?(im thinking this is right as we get paid 12 months and not 13 months(52/4=13) -- this would mean my hourly rate would be different every month?
or in another word if i quit my job, which would be my last day, last day of the month or last day of the 4 weeks period(to get 1months wages)?

if your yearly salary is £15,345 then that's (15345 / 52) £295.10 a week. £295.10 / 36.25 hours = £8.14 an hour. So i'd say £12.21 overtime rate / £366.30 additional wages (minus tax etc).
Although I got confused with the bit about 4 week accounting period and 13 months etc,
edit... it's 52.143 weeks a year rather than a straight 52 but the .143 doesn't really make a lot of difference to the figures.0
