Barclaycard at it again - doubling APR whilst on DMP

Well, the title says it all. I've been on a DMP with CCCS for just over 2 years with another 2 & half to go. When I originally got my Barclaycard I had a good credit score so they gave me an APR of 6.8%. Last year, a year after they agreed to the DMP, they suddenly doubled the APR to 12.9%. I complained to them and they reduced it and refunded the extra interest they had charged me.

Exactly 12 months on and they've done it again. This time they refuse to return the APR to 6.8 nor to refund any of my additional interest payments. I have taken my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman but am awaiting their outcome. I was wondering if anyone here had had similar experiences with Barclaycard or another creditor? In my previous complaint to them last year I quoted the UK Cards Association summit commitments whereby a credit card company will not increase APR where an agreed repayment plan is in place & they have been formally notified by a non-profit agency. Their response... "Barclaycard do not agree"

What on earth does this agreement mean in real terms then? Does anyone have any knowledge or experience of this? Any advice would be gratefully received.

I've just started another thread on this subject. Barclaycard are doing to my missus too. Obviously that needs to be a priority debt.
