I have a couple of jars of curry sauce (sharwoods etc) in my storecupboard I want to use up. However, a jar feeds about 3 portions, and I am just one! Even at my hungriest I'm not 3 portions greedy
If I cook it all, can I freeze the extra portions - or will the sauce not be able to stand this? They are of the Korma variety
It says nothing about freezing on the jar - not even a 'don't freeze' warning.
Can you offer any advice?

Yep, it will freeze perfectly well after cooking, I used to use loads of jars (pre MSE) and always froze the leftovers.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
