Finally phoned CCCS

So after struggling for a while and talking to my bank today who just told me to phone CCCS I did just that! They were so helpful and non-judgemental. I went through all my income and expenditure and they recommended a DMP which I have applied for. Just hoping my creditors will agree to it!
