Salary tax calculator 2012

Have been checking my forecast for salary tax/ NI deductions for next year. To my surprise on full calculation based on my wages it has shown that i will be 1p under the minimum wage based on hourly rate. As i am on year salary contract should i been in line for a wage increase to bring it up to minimum wage.

Do you mean that you will be on minimum wage after tax and NI,

Doesnt work like that, as long as your gross is minimum wage, nothing illegal is happening.

Just a sec, I'll get my purse and send you a penny
