Payplan : SOA help?!

Hi all,
Got my pack through from Payplan today and it contains the SOA that we drew up on the phone on Sunday. My next appointment to speak to my case worker us next Monday.
Anywhooo... They've added a 50 per month contingency which is fine and I knew about it but my expenditure has also increased by £123 from our discussion. It includes a fee new things such as health(dental etc) and a figure for hobbies. Also housekeeping has gone up too.
Have they just flexed it to make it more manageable (perhaps they thought I was too lean)? Is this something anyone has come across before??
I will of course raise with my case officer if it looks like it's not right but wondered what your thoughts are?
Thank

We need to make sure your budget is sustainable, so if things looked a bit too tight then we will increase it to make it not only affordable but to make sure it is one that you can stick to.
Any queries, always contact your case officer who will answer all of these queries for you.“Official Company Representative
