I have been self employed on and off for about 12 years (with babies in between!). I am continuing my self employment but also taking on a part time employed role. Do I need to complete a P46 in these circumstances? The instructions are not very clear!

Yes, print one off the web and hand it in to the new employer (or they will give you one to fill in when you start)0
