    I didn't get mine,i never clicked the Pay now in Paypal and i never realised,as anyone else ever done that,i've done it a few times,log in and then don't go on the second page to actually pay,what a moron i am :o

    Hi,

    this isn't you going mad, paypal have changed the way you pay. I did exactly the same with an ASOS order. I pressed continue, saw my bank details and thought that was it, but when I went back, I had done the same as you! :rotfl:

    Got a problem with my order - it hasn't shown up however the MY Hermes tracking info claims it was delivered on Friday - it wasn't, and I was home all day and received several other deliveries but NOT this one.

    Just rang New Look and after waiting on hold for 20 mins I spoke to the customer services lady who checked with My Hermes and asked me to call back in 24 hours and they "might" have some news for me.

    Hi, has anybody got a no for New Look, my order was dispatched and my tracking order states out for delivery on 2 December, still not received anything. I have emailed them, 2 days ago and still not received a reply other than "please fill out our survey" email.
