My dmp story so far

So my dmp is setup with payplan although two of the 13 creditors I have will not accept my offers. These are Uncle Buck and The Cheque centre.
I keep getting emails/texts from Uncle Buck saying I have not responded to their requests which is a lie as I have contacted them every time they have asked me to and the cheque centre refuse to believe I can not afford to pay them the amount offered even though they have my statement of affairs which shows what I can afford each month.
I received a text from Uncle Buck on Saturday saying if I didn't conact them that day my account would be passed to a debt collection agency on Monday. I tried to contact them on Saturday but they are closed on a weekend. So there was nothing I could do about that.
One question I have is each time I borrowed from the cheque centre or deffered my loan I was asked to produce the months previous bank statement which would show my wages going into the account hwoever if they were a responsible lender as they claim to be they would have noticed my payments to other payday lenders and my usual outgoing, would I have a case against them if they took me to court which they have threatend to do?
Also payments have been made to all my creditors which none have refused but cheque centre are saying its not acceptable and Uncle Buck wont comment on that issue apart from yes a payment was received.
Anyone got any advice?
Thanks

Hi
Glad to hear most creditors are accepting your DMP.
With the uncle buck debt - hopefully once its gone to a debt collection agency you should find they'll be much easier to deal with.
You might want to send a letter asking them to make all future communication by post to stop the texts and any phone calls. Or just to ask them to remove your mobile number from their database which should stop the texts. Templates on this link http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=11571485&postcount=4
You wouldn't have a case against the cheque centre no.
My advice would be just to carry on with the repayments and ignore the fact that they say they won't accept your DMP.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Thanks for the advice which actually mirrors what payplan have said. I just got another text from uncle buck saying they are going to put to the debt collection agency this afternoon unless I call them.
Should I call them or just let it go ahead?0 -
I'd just let it go ahead. Even if you ring all they'll do is ask you to increase your repayment or make a one off payment or something, which you obviously can't do.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0

will do thanks for your advice.
You should work for payplan or cccs0 -
Uncle Buck never ever listen. They'll just keep sending you emails and texts. As Tixy says its better to go to the DCA and then deal with it from there
All the Best

Abbey National passed my loan debt to Robinson Way, Halifax loan passed to Blair, Oliver and Scott. We had no problems with either of these DCAs but there have been a number of posts here from people having hassle, we were some way in to the DMP when the DCAs took over so it was a case of Payplan just changing who the money was paid to.
Never heard from Robinson Way at all, Blair Oliver & Scott got in touch around review time but were never a problem, and neither refused payments.Proud to have dealt with my debts, became debt free on 03/11/2011. Repaid £54,723.41 LBM May 2006.
