I have managed another small overpayment to my loan after sorting my finances for the month. My old horse had to see the vet just before xmas and I got the vet bill today and so after some juggling my new balance is now

    #2 £390 / £7,500

Today seemed to get away from me (Saturdays always does as I do all the stuff for the horses that I dont have time to do in the dark during the week) but tomorrow I have a few things to list on ebay so hopefully will be back with another total soon :D
  • #67. Checking in - £635/£17,851 for the first part of January - feels good to be off the mark! Unfortunately, a broken TV has set us back a little and total overspending on eating out over Christmas meant no extra money at the start of Jan.

New total £911.14 - monthly repayments going out & a few PADS.

20 items listed on ebay - bids on 8 so far - not alot of value but it means there will be less Junk in the house which is all good.

Hope everyones having a good 2012 so far

  • Am I too late to join in?

As of 1st Jan my debt was £9297.

Ooooh - looks so bad when I write it down - could really do with some support to pay it off.

    Thanks

Yes, we do, see below. I'm going to add it to the January total as the challenge officially runs in 2012, even though it's fine to start earlier. I did the same last year. Not bad though :T

Thanks Jwil, that's a great total. Let's hope that it just gets better month by month!
