I'm sorry but I don't quite understand. It was $6.17 so it hadn't been exchanged into £ yet, or am I missing something.

That sounds weird, are you sure it hasn't paid you £6.17 (which would be about right for $10, it's listed in £ on your paypal account). They paid me $10 when I redeemed one and it was listed as £6.25 on my paypal.

  • I get £4.30 'expenses' from work for my bus ticket to an away day. As I would have had to pay that to get to work normally :rotfl:I'm counting that as extra money and adding it to my total.

Just logged into paypal to double check and I'm absolutely certain it says $6.17. In the pound section it has £4.08.

 In that case I would query it with their support team. There may be a reason but it sounds like an error.

Do you know if they automatically send Paypal payment to your superpoints email addy, or can you specify the Paypal addy when you redeem the points? My superpoints email addy is different than my Paypal addy. I contacted them but no reply.

    Thanks :)

They credit the email account they have on record through paypal. (I had the same question with both them and swagbucks). You can change your superpoints email address if you want, or you can add a second email address to your paypal account, this allows you to receive payment through that email address but still get the notifications through your primary address. Both of those options are pretty much instant.

Have sent off an email. Thanks for the help, I thought it didn't sound right but wasn't sure if it was just me. Didn't want to complain unnecessarily.
