Lots of left over bread sauce.

I have a pasta bowl full of bread sauce in the fridge. Any idea what I can use it for tonight?
I have various veggies by the ton and quorn mince, sadly though I am lacking in inspiration.

Put a load of veggies in a casserole dish, add plenty of cheese to the bread sauce mix, pour over and bake
Aiming to be Debt free by October 20130 -
some sort of veggie lasagne-type dish springs to mind....layers of mince, ratatouille (or any tomato-based sauce) and the bread sauce.
