Hi all,
Just wondering if you could offer some advice please regarding my husbands bankruptcy? He has his court date set for the 21st Dec (just over 3 weeks away) and were just going through the paperwork.
When I went bankrupt in August we were seprerated and I was excluded from paying the court fee due to being on Income support, but how much will he have to pay?
Also will an IPA be saught?
This is our income (bearing in mind I have already gone bankrupt so not sure what to put on the forms, appt booked for wed with the cccs to help fill these out)
His Income:
War Disablement Pension £74.75 p/w
Allowance for Lowared Standard of Occupation £60.12 p/w
DLA Care componment £49.30 p/w
My Income:
Child benefit £60.50 p/w
Child Tax Credits £202.09 p/w
Carers Allowance £55.55 p/w
I also recieve housing benefit and council tax benefit, although they are aware he lives here all the letter are addressed to me in my sole name and the tennancy agreement is in my sole name too (as this was all set up whilst we were apart)
any help is appreciated
Thanks as always
