Hi, this is RE: the PM you sent me.

I think your best bet is to contact Trading Standards and possibly file a claim through the small claims court. In the meantime keep re-sending the same email to them to support@cashbee.co.uk asking them where your money is.

They have acknowledged the receipt of your items so fingers crossed they will cough up before xmas.

If anyone's interested I've written a small article on them here:

From what I can see it looks like this site are a total con, and should be avoided at all costs.
  • Hi there i hope you are able to get the money you deserve for your sons snooker table , got to say though i am a little jealous as i enjoy playing snooker but the club in my town was burnt down several years ago.

CASHBEE is not a company i have heard of before. I sold a load of cd's to musicmagpie and had to say they were a joke.
The first time i used them i was impressed with the price they offered me for 69 cd's if i remember right it was £75. So earlier on this year i thought i would see if i could sell a few more cds and a few DVD's i no longer want and i was offered 50p for almost all the items the most i was offered was for a Bruce Lee dvd and they offered me £2.10 so i was offered less than £10 for 15 items.

Forgot to say it looks like as though all these companies operate the same sort of way in one way or an other.
  • Lemon, i would keep trying to email if i was you.

I have done two trades with Cashbee, one so far has paid out, and a more recent one I am waiting on.

It did take around three weeks to receive the first payment (they stated two weeks) but i did get the full amount.

Have emailed about my second trade and they have informed me i should get my money next week for this.
  • Strange that that's your very first post.

If Dan the Cashbee Rep really is, then surely he can PM the OP and take it back to Cashbee and get it sorted for her. That'd be nice.

Strange it may well be, just wanted to let the op know I did receive some money, so not to give up hope :j

    TO Dan at Cashbee,

From what the Original Poster had written and if it was true, and she did send your company numerous emails.

Then perhaps you should sort your customer service out and people won't complain about you.

Personally, a company that does not offer a telephone number on their website looks very shady.
