Don't buy loved ones vouchers for Crewe Hall this Christmas. They don't redeem them for you, and you find yourself buying services you don't get and they refuse to refund your money. Not good customer services. Its a scam.

I was suprised to discover recently that this impressive building is being run by some very shady characters. If you decide to have a wedding here make sure you post a guard on your presents and particularly on any money gifts as they have a habit of disappearing. Also like many other hotels if you book a wedding but have to cancel you will loose thousands of pounds deposit and although they promise to give it back if they manage to sell the date to another couple they don't.

A happy day here may not be.
