Newman & Company debt collectors Ebay

Hi everyone,

I owed Ebay £51 in sellers fees for which they had emailed me many times asking for. Unfortunately, this was to an email address I did not have access to and so I didn't realise I owed this money until I received a letter in the post from the Newman & Company debt collectors. In light of this, I signed onto my old Ebay account and there was no message stating that they had given this debt to the Newman company. I straight away paid the balance on the Ebay site. A few days later i received another letter from Newman & Company asking for a £15 admin fee. Is this lawful and do I need to pay it? Ebay have never mentioned this firm to me and I have settled my debt with Ebay.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,
