I read somewhere on their site that payment would be taken at the point of dispatch. I think that most companies do this now as until they take the money there is no 'legal' contract to fulfil the order (up until that point it is only a notice of intention to purchase or whatever they call it!). Once money has been taken then they have to fulfil it as fas as i'm aware. Just looked at my order (the 3 and 4 for £20 glitch) an it's still saying 'processing' won't hold my breath now, but a letter coming on lol

Mine's still showing as processing. Just had an email from them with discount codes for up to 20% off for next few customers too.

No discount e-mail for me. I would have used it too. They were great honouring glitches last year.

Checked my account and they have cancelled the boggle and paper jams drums rock 4 but are stil processing my 2 other items and still states that it will be debiting my card £20. Checked on their website and they have the paper jams drums rock 4 still on there and in stock.
They are quick to send an email with discount codes but cant be bothered to send a courtesey email to tell you they have cancelled your items and why.
Dont think i'll be needing the discount codes as im disgusted with their service. Fair enough if they're generelly oos but too many people who have the same problem over and over again - a ploy to get you on their site and spend your money.

Thanks for posting about your orders, made me check mine to find the boggle had been cancelled but they were sending the rest of my order, which worked out more thanks to them cancelling the boggle.. No email though, cheers IWOOT! NOT!

Dont be surprised if orders get cancelled. I have had orders cancelled fir items being out of stock even when they continued to sell them. Cancelled because i used a voucher , valid voucher, they decided not to honour. Dont trust this bunch of cowboys

Mine still say processing but I don't agree with a company cancelling orders saying they are OOS when they are clearly NOT OOS on their website so they are just blatantly LYING then!

This is not the only company who does this and I do lose trust for them - Would rather they said '' Sorry , due to a glitch on our system some orders went through with the wrong discount applied'' etc etc rather than lie!

You want the stuff , they cancel , you DON'T want the stuff and you CAN'T cancel! lol
