Anyone got a HM receipe for Yuk Sung they would like to share??

Hello all

Yuk sung is an absolute favourite of mine from the chinese takeaway but I've never seen a receipe for it, had anyone else?

I had a go at doing my own once but they were awful :o Its minced pork/chicken I think with vermecelli (sp?) and chopped veg in a sauce rolled up in iceberg lettuce leafs.

Any ideas anyone where I can get an authentic receipe from?
